Grand Prix Motorcars, Inc.(“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website grandprixmotorcarsads.com. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information We Collect
When you submit a lead form (Check Availability, Sell Your Porsche, or Contact), we collect the information you provide directly: name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, vehicle of interest (VIN), any qualifying preferences you supply (financing, trade-in, timing), and any message text.
We also automatically collect device and usage information: IP address, user-agent string, referring URL, pages visited, and marketing attribution parameters (UTM tags, gclid, wbraid, gbraid, fbclid) via first-party cookies and localStorage. This data is used to attribute conversions to advertising campaigns and to improve site performance.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Respond to your inquiry about a vehicle or offer.
- Coordinate test drives, virtual walk-arounds, PPI logistics, delivery, financing intros, and trade-in evaluations.
- Send transactional email confirmations and follow-up.
- Measure the effectiveness of our advertising on Meta (Facebook / Instagram) and Google Ads via server-side Conversion APIs.
- Comply with legal obligations (record-keeping, tax, dealer licensing).
3. Information Sharing
We share your form submissions with our internal CRM (DriveCentric) and, where applicable, with logistics partners for delivery coordination. We share hashed identifiers (email, phone) with Meta and Google via server-side APIs for advertising measurement — no plaintext personal data is transmitted for advertising.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not share your information with lenders unless you explicitly request a financing introduction.
4. Cookies and Tracking
We use first-party cookies and localStorage to preserve marketing attribution across visits (30-day last-touch, 90-day first-touch) and to remember non-sensitive preferences. Third-party pixels (Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager) fire on page load to measure ad effectiveness. You can block these via browser settings or an ad-blocker without losing site functionality.
5. Data Retention
Lead submissions are retained in our CRM indefinitely for after-sale service, warranty coordination, and re-purchase opportunities. Web analytics and attribution data are retained for up to 26 months.
6. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing privacy@grandprixmotorcars.com or calling (971) 501-1602. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA; Oregon residents have rights under the Oregon Consumer Privacy Act effective July 2024. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.
7. Security
Data is transmitted over HTTPS. Server infrastructure is hosted in the EU (Hetzner) with strict filesystem permissions and no shared hosting. Full technical safeguards are implemented on a best-effort basis; no online transmission is 100% secure.
8. Children
Our site is not directed to individuals under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.
9. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
