These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website grandprixmotorcarsads.com (the “Site”), operated by Grand Prix Motorcars, Inc.(“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms.

1. Vehicle Listings

Vehicle listings reflect our inventory at the time of publication. We update prices, mileage, condition, and availability regularly, but details may change without notice. Nothing on this Site constitutes a binding offer to sell; a purchase is completed only through a signed purchase agreement.

Vehicle photography represents the actual vehicle where marked “dealer inventory shot”; stock or generation-reference images may appear in editorial content and are labeled where applicable. Reasonable efforts are made to disclose known material defects; buyers are encouraged to arrange a Pre-Purchase Inspection (PPI) with a qualified inspector of their choice.

2. Independent Dealer

Grand Prix Motorcars, Inc.is an independent, Porsche-focused dealer. We are not affiliated with, authorized by, or a franchise of Porsche AG or Porsche Cars North America. Porsche® is a registered trademark of Dr. Ing. h.c. F. Porsche AG. CARFAX® is a registered trademark of CARFAX, Inc. Any use of these marks on the Site is for identification only.

3. Inquiries and Communication

When you submit a lead form, you consent to be contacted by phone, SMS, or email at the contact information you provide, for purposes of responding to your inquiry. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to an SMS or emailing us at contact@grandprixmotorcars.com.

4. Pricing and Financing

Listed prices exclude applicable state and local taxes, DMV/title fees, dealer document fees, and enclosed-transport costs to your delivery address, unless otherwise stated. Financing terms advertised, if any, come from third-party lenders and are subject to credit approval; we do not underwrite loans.

5. Deposits and Holds

Refundable deposits may be arranged to hold a vehicle off the market during buyer diligence. Specific hold duration, deposit amount, and refund conditions are quoted per-vehicle by our team and confirmed in writing before payment.

6. Delivery

We coordinate nationwide enclosed and open transport through third-party carriers. Delivery quotes reflect current carrier rates at the time of the quote. Title transfer follows the laws of the buyer’s state of registration; we provide the documentation required by Oregon and by the buyer’s state DMV.

7. Warranties

Used vehicles are sold as-is unless a specific warranty (factory remaining, third-party extended, or dealer-provided) is documented in writing on the purchase agreement. Descriptions of factory warranty status are based on available records and are confirmed per-VIN before sale.

8. Content and Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including photography, vehicle descriptions, editorial text, and layout — is owned by Grand Prix Motorcars, Inc. or licensed to us. You may share individual listing URLs. You may not copy, republish, or scrape content in bulk without written permission.

9. Disclaimer

The Site is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grand Prix Motorcars, Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Site or from any purchase inquiry that does not result in a completed sale.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Multnomah County, Oregon.
